This is Stockham Lodge. It's in Southleigh, Devon, up a quiet valley. You look out over trees and fields.
It's a big place, sleeps ten. Four bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, which is handy with a group. It's been done well, a 4 Star place. It used to be part of a farm.
Outside, there's a paved terrace. You get good views down the valley. There's a hot tub out there too. Inside, there's a sauna and a small fitness room.
The stairs are fine. Everything is on one level once you're in, except for a couple of steps down to the main living area.
It's about two and a half miles to Branscombe beach. You're right on the edge of the East Devon National Landscape and the Jurassic Coast. The coast path is a short drive away. Beer is close, a small fishing village with shops and boat trips. Sidmouth, Seaton, and Lyme Regis are all within a twenty to thirty minute drive.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking for a few cars. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
