This is Gardener's Rest, in Dalwood. It's a ground floor apartment that sleeps three, but honestly, it's more a one-bedroom place with a sofa bed in the living area. It's got a 3 Star rating. You're right in the middle of the Blackdown Hills here, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The main thing is the garden. There's about 13 acres of it. The bit outside your door is yours, and you can wander around the rest of it. It's a proper working garden, so if you like that sort of thing, you'll be happy. If not, it's just a nice view.
Inside, it's one bedroom and one bathroom. The furniture is old-fashioned. The living space is open plan. There's a TV and WiFi. Bedding is included, and you can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
You're about a twenty minute drive from the coast at Lyme Regis or Seaton. The Jurassic Coast stuff is all within half an hour. Exeter is about forty minutes by car. There's a shop and a pub in the village, but it's a walk down a lane, so you'll likely drive.
