The Lodge At Sunnygarth

The Lodge at Sunnygarth is, just so you know, in Street. That's near Branscombe. It's a detached house, so no shared walls. It's got its own gravel garden out the front with a decked bit to sit on. It's enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is on the ground floor, the other is an en-suite upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, all open plan downstairs. There's a Smart TV, WiFi, the usual. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

You're about five minutes in the car from Branscombe village. It's very pretty. Beer is about ten minutes away. That's where the shingle beach is, you can watch the fishing boats. The South West Coast Path runs right along here. You can walk to Sidmouth one way or Seaton the other.

If you drive for half an hour, you've got places like Pecorama in Beer, the Seaton Tramway, or the Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth. Further afield, Exeter is about 45 minutes.

The place takes two dogs. There's a travel cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there, off the road.
