Millbank is a house in Sidmouth. It's right on the river, about a five minute walk from the seafront. The road is residential and fairly quiet.
It's a big house, sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's been recently done up and everything is in good order. The garden is a good size, enclosed, and gets the sun. There's outdoor seating.
Inside, the kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher. There's a utility room next to it with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is spacious with French doors to the garden. The stairs are standard, nothing unusual.
On the first floor, the main bedroom has an en-suite shower and a small balcony overlooking the river. There's another double bedroom on that floor. On the top floor are two more bedrooms, both with zip and link beds so you can have them as twins or doubles. The main family bathroom is on the stairs between the first and second floor, with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
You can walk to everything in Sidmouth. The town centre, shops, pubs, and the beach are all about five or ten minutes away. The Byes park is just at the end of the road if you want a riverside walk. For longer walks, the South West Coast Path is accessible from Salcombe Hill, which is a steep climb just behind the house.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Exeter, Dartmoor, and Exmouth. The Donkey Sanctuary is just outside town.
Facilities include WiFi, TV, bike storage, and all bedding and towels. Parking is on the drive for one, maybe two cars if you're careful. No pets, sorry.
