Lawson's Studio is in Castle Bolton, North Yorkshire. It used to be an artist's studio, so it's got a lot of windows. It’s south-facing. You can see the village and the fields from it.
It’s a cosy place for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Very clean.
Because it was a studio, the main room has windows on three sides. You can see Bolton Castle from one of them, and the hills from the others. It’s a nice spot to sit.
There’s a small garden area outside. Parking is right there.
The village itself is quiet. There’s a pub and a restaurant about a mile away. The nearest shop is just over a mile in the other direction, so you’ll probably want to bring a few things with you.
You’re right in the middle of Wensleydale. For a good walk, you can start from the door. Yorkshire Dales National Park has all the route details. Bolton Castle itself is a short walk away and is worth visiting. The market towns of Leyburn and Hawes are both about a ten-minute drive.
Inside, it’s got what you’d expect: a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
