The Coach House
The Coach House is in High Fremington. It's between Reeth and Grinton, right in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It's a big old stone place that used to be a coach house, obviously. It's Grade II listed, so the walls are thick and the windows are deep.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite shower. The main bathroom has a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept.
Downstairs is one big room, really. The kitchen's at one end with a central island and a farmhouse table. The living area's at the other end with sofas and a TV. The stairs are stone, so watch your step.
Outside, there's a small walled garden at the back. You get to it via some external steps. It gets the sun in the evening. There's a BBQ out there.
You can walk straight out from the door. The Coast to Coast path goes through here. Grinton is a short walk down the lane; there's a pub there by the river. Reeth is about a mile and a half away. It's got a couple of shops, cafes, and pubs. For a bigger shop, Leyburn is about eight miles. Richmond is worth a trip for the castle and the riverside.
It's a pet-friendly cottage. You can bring two dogs.
What's here: all the bedding and towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and stairgate if you need them. There's parking right outside.
