Arkle Terrace is on the main street in Reeth. It's a terraced cottage, one of a row. It's been done up recently, so everything feels fresh and clean.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is downstairs. The back courtyard is good for a morning coffee. Parking is at the cottage, but your neighbours use the same drive to get to their places, so you'll need to park nose to tail if they're in. There's also extra space just opposite.
The village shop and a few pubs are about 50 yards away, which is handy. The pubs do food. There's a good ice cream shop and a couple of places for tea.
If you're walking, you can just go straight from the door. The footpaths are right there, along the river or up onto the moors. The Dales Bike Centre at Grinton is a couple of miles away for bike hire.
You can drive to Richmond in about half an hour. It's got a castle and a lot of shops. Barnard Castle is about the same distance the other way. The Bowes Museum is there. Further afield, the Forbidden Corner is over in Wensleydale, near Middleham.
The cottage has a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. No pets sorry.
