Middle Cottage
Middle Cottage is in West Burton. It's a terraced cottage, built from stone a few hundred years ago. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's for two people only. One bedroom, one bathroom. The bathroom is en-suite.
You park right outside the back. The back door goes into the kitchen. There are two steps down from the kitchen into the living room. The stairs up to the bedroom are the original cottage stairs. They're steep.
The living room has a wood burner. We supply logs. There's a smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a window seat looking out.
Outside the back door there's a private patio with a table and chairs. It's enclosed.
The village green is a two-minute walk away. The local pub is about 50 yards from the front door. They do food. There's a shop and a butcher just as close.
Cauldron Falls, which is a waterfall, is in the village. You can walk to it in a few minutes. There are benches there.
For walking, you can start right from the cottage. The Yorkshire Dales National Park site has route ideas. Leyburn is a market town about a twenty-minute drive away. It has supermarkets, cafes, and a famous auction house.
The cottage has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. We leave a welcome pack. No pets.
