Linhay

This is Linhay. It's a cottage on Boswell Farm, near Sidmouth. The farm's about 52 acres. It's quiet here.

The cottage sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a super king bed and its own shower room. The other two are twin rooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The stairs are quite steep, like most farm cottages.

You've got your own enclosed garden. There's garden furniture and a fire pit. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to three dogs.

The farm has its own lake. There's a tennis court, a kids' play area, and a table tennis table you can use. It's all shared with the other cottages here.

The village pub is about a 15-minute walk. Sidmouth is three miles away. That's where the beach is. The town has shops and places to eat. The coast path is good for walking.

For things to do further out, you're close to the Jurassic Coast. Honiton is about 20 minutes by car. Exeter is around half an hour's drive. The National Trust and Jurassic Coast sites have information on walks and places to visit.

In the cottage there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. It has an electric vehicle charger.
