This place is called Shippen. It's a cottage on a farm about three miles outside Sidmouth. The farm is 52 acres. You can walk around it if you like.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is downstairs, attached to the main bedroom. The other bathroom and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with furniture and a barbecue. It looks out over fields. You can park right outside.
On the farm there's a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a play area for children. There's also a lake. The facilities list says there's an electric vehicle charger.
The village pub is about a ten-minute walk away. They serve food.
Sidmouth is a short drive. It's a classic Devon seaside town with a beach, shops, and places to eat. The Jurassic Coast is right there. For walking, the South West Coast Path is excellent.
