Log Cabin
This is the Log Cabin. It's in Bowd, near Sidmouth. It's basically in the car park for the East Hill Pride Farm Shop. You look out over their fruit and veg plants, and you can see Woodbury Common off in the distance.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and tidy, but not luxurious.
The main room is all open plan: kitchen, living area, dining table. It's a good size. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a TV. Outside, there's a patio area that's just for you.
Being right by the farm shop is handy. They run a cafe and sell local produce, meat, cakes. It's family-run. You can pop over for breakfast or pick up something for dinner.
Sidmouth is about five minutes away by car. It's a nice old town with a pebble beach. Good for coastal walks. The South West Coast Path is right there. A lot of the land around is looked after by the National Trust.
Within half an hour you can get to places like Exeter, or go walking on Woodbury Common itself. The whole Jurassic Coast is on your doorstep.
Practical stuff: bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one. Parking is right outside. No pets, sorry.
