The Holt
The Holt is on Boswell Farm just outside Sidmouth. It's one farm cottage among a few on a 52 acre site. It's quiet out here. You get your own enclosed garden with a hot tub and a bit of patio furniture.
Inside it sleeps six. There are three bedrooms. Two have super king beds, one has twins. Two bathrooms as well, which helps in the morning. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well equipped. The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area together. It's bright, with some old beams across the ceiling.
On the farm itself there's a lot of space. There's a lake, a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a kids' play area. You can walk around the 52 acres. There's a village pub about a ten minute walk away.
Sidmouth is about three miles drive. Nice town, good beach. Plenty of places to eat. You're on the edge of the Jurassic Coast here. Good walking country. If you want to explore further, Exeter is about half an hour away. Honiton is about twenty minutes.
For facilities: it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. You can bring up to three dogs. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger.
