Millhouse
This is Millhouse over at Boswell Farm. It's on the edge of Sidmouth. The farm itself is about 50 acres.
The cottage sleeps five. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with three singles. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating so it's comfortable and clean.
You get your own enclosed garden. It's gated, so it's safe for dogs or children. There's parking right outside and an electric car charger.
On the farm, there's a lake you can walk around, a tennis court, and a play area for kids. The table tennis is in the games room. You can just wander the fields.
There's a village pub about a ten minute walk away. They do food.
Sidmouth seafront and the beach are about three miles down the road. It's a proper Regency town, nice for a wander or an ice cream. The coast path is right there too if you want a walk.
For a day out, the Jurassic Coast is all around you. Beer Head and Branscombe are within 30 minutes. Exeter is about half an hour's drive the other way.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
