Summerleaze House is in Bude. It's a Victorian townhouse about five minutes' walk from the beach and town centre.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both with a corner bath and a shower over it. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place feels spacious and the decoration is clean and bright.
You get private underground parking, which is useful in Bude. The entrance to the property has a gradient, there are no steps there. To get to the communal garden area you do need to go up a flight of steps.
Inside, the kitchen has what you'd need: a double oven, big fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats eight. Doors lead out to your own enclosed patio with seating.
The lounge has two sofas and an armchair. One of the sofas converts to a bed if you need it. There’s a TV and WiFi.
We accept up to two dogs. Things like bedding, towels, a cot and highchair are included.
Being so close to the centre, you can easily walk to the beach, the surf shops, and the cafes. For a longer walk, the South West Coast Path is right there.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got places like Tintagel Castle, run by English Heritage, and the surfing at Widemouth Bay. The town of Boscastle is also worth a visit.
