Peregrine
This is the Peregrine pod in Aviemore. It’s on Oakwood Caravan and Camping Park. You’re about a ten minute walk from the town centre, which is handy.
It’s a glamping pod, so it’s one open space. There’s one bedroom area with two double bunk beds, so it sleeps four. One shower room. It has a 3 Star rating. It’s clean and does the job. It’s got a small kitchen with a hob and microwave, and a table that folds down.
You’re in a park with a few other pods, but yours is detached. There’s a deck outside with a table and chairs. The view is of the park and the trees.
Aviemore itself has shops and places to eat. For skiers, Cairngorm Mountain is about fifteen minutes up the road. In the summer, the same area is good for walking. Loch Morlich is close by for a swim or a walk round the water.
Other things within half an hour: the Highland Wildlife Park is about a twenty minute drive. Rothiemurchus Estate is right on the edge of town for walks and bike hire. If you want a proper mountain day, you’re in the Cairngorms National Park.
Facilities: parking right by the pod. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a shower. No pets.
