Caledon
Caledon is a detached bungalow in Aviemore, at the top of Deeside Road. It's a quiet, mostly residential street but you're only about a ten-minute walk from the town centre.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. Everything is on one level, which some people find easier. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not fussy.
The garden is fully enclosed, good for dogs. We take up to two. Indoors, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included.
You can walk into Aviemore for shops and places to eat. There's a local pub a short walk away.
For getting out, you're right in the Cairngorms. You can drive to the ski centre in about fifteen minutes. There's golf, fishing, and horse riding nearby. Good walking starts almost from the door. Aviemore itself has a cinema and an outdoor shop. If you want to go further, Loch Morlich and the Rothiemurchus estate are a short drive away.
