27 Aviemore Holiday Park
This is 27 Aviemore Holiday Park. It's a chalet on the edge of Aviemore, about a mile from the shops. It's detached.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. Nothing too fancy.
The main thing is the location. It's right on the banks of the River Spey. You get a good view of the river and the Cairngorms from the living room and the terrace. The terrace is a decent size.
Inside it's open plan. Living, dining and kitchen all in one room. The stairs up to the bedrooms are a bit steep, just so you know.
Aviemore centre is close for shops and places to eat. You're in the middle of Cairngorms National Park, so walking and cycling are right there. In winter, the Cairngorm Mountain ski area is about twenty minutes by car.
For other things to do, The Cairngorm Reindeer Centre is nearby. The Highland Wildlife Park at Kingussie is about a fifteen minute drive. Loch Morlich and Loch Insh are both within half an hour if you're into water sports.
Facilities include a TV, parking for one car, and bedding and towels are provided. There's no dishwasher. Sorry, no pets allowed.
