This is 27 Aviemore Holiday Park. It's a chalet. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms and has one shower room. Like the rating says, it's a 3 Star place. It's comfortable and clean.
The chalet is detached, so you've got your own space. It sits right on the River Spey. The main thing about it is the view. There's a big terrace where you can sit and look out over the river and towards the Cairngorm mountains.
It's about a mile from the centre of Aviemore. You can walk in along the Speyside Way, or drive in a few minutes. Aviemore itself has shops, pubs, and places to eat. There's a public pool and ice rink close by.
Being here puts you in the middle of the Cairngorms National Park. You can walk straight out the door. If you want to ski or snowboard, the Cairngorm Mountain resort isn't far. Loch Morlich and Loch Insh are good for water sports. There are places for mountain biking and climbing.
For days out, the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre is worth a visit. The Highland Wildlife Park in Kingussie is about a 20-minute drive. The Landmark Centre in Carrbridge is good if you've got children.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. It's not a pet-friendly property.
