The Pines
The Pines is a one-bedroom cottage on the outskirts of Aviemore. It's detached, which is nice for privacy. You're right on the riverbank, about a ten minute walk from the town centre.
It sleeps two people. There's one bedroom but two bathrooms, which is a bit unusual but handy. The place is clean and tidy, and it's got a 3 Star rating. The garden is enclosed and it's got a view of the river.
Aviemore itself has everything you need. Shops, places to eat, a few pubs. One is about 200 yards away. The Speyside Way runs right past if you're walking. You're in the Cairngorms National Park so the hills are right there.
Skiing at Cairngorm Mountain is about a twenty minute drive. Loch Morlich is good for water stuff, and the reindeer herd is up there too. Kingussie, for the wildlife park, is maybe fifteen minutes south.
There's parking right at the cottage. It has a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are provided. Electricity is included in the price. No pets allowed.
