Hazel Roundhouse
Hazel Roundhouse is a new build roundhouse on our small farm in Melplash. It’s glamping, so it’s one big open space inside with a separate bedroom bit for the two singles. Sleeps four in total.
It’s fully insulated and has a wood burner, so it’s warm. The main bed is a super king. There’s a big window in the roof above it for looking at the stars.
Outside is a deck with the kitchen and a wood-fired hot tub. There's also a firepit. You have your own bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's all detached and private.
The farm has two lakes you can swim in. There’s an orchard to walk around. It’s very quiet here.
The pub is about a ten minute walk down the lane. They do food.
Bridport is four miles away for shops and cafes. The beach at Charmouth, which is good for fossils, is about a 20 minute drive. You’re not far from the Jurassic Coast. Lyme Regis is also close.
We sometimes do wood-fired pizza evenings here if you’re interested. It’s extra, about fifteen pounds for adults.
It’s a 4 Star rated place. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking right by the roundhouse. We allow up to two dogs.
