Farthings is ours. It's a ground floor flat in Bothenhampton, a proper village about a mile outside Bridport. It looks out over the garden and the fields behind.
It sleeps two. It's an 'open plan' setup, so it's one big room with a bed at one end and the kitchen at the other. There's a separate bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is right. It's comfortable, clean and warm.
The village is quiet. There's a pub about a three quarter of a mile walk away. Bridport is close, easy to drive or you could walk it. It's got a good market twice a week. West Bay is the harbour. It's got a big cliff you'll recognise from Broadchurch and a shingle beach. There's a fish and chip shop there.
You're right by the Jurassic Coast. Lyme Regis and Charmouth for fossils are a short drive. The National Trust has a lot of the land around here. For a long beach walk, Chesil Beach starts at West Bay.
Abbotsbury Swannery is worth a trip if you've never been. You walk among the nesting swans. Dorchester has Roman and Iron Age sites if you like history.
In terms of what's there, it's got a TV, WiFi, parking right outside, and bedding is included. All the utilities are in. No pets.
