Valley View
This is Valley View, a cottage on our farm near West Milton. It's two-up, two-down, so it sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom.
It's part of a group of three cottages, so you may see other guests coming and going. They're all on the same bit of lane as you. You get your own patio with a table and a BBQ. The view is over our fields and the valley, hence the name. The lane is quiet.
Inside, it's got a three-star rating. That means it's clean, comfortable, and everything works, but it's not a show home. There's a TV, a washing machine, and the bedding is included. We can put a cot or a highchair in if you need one.
The farm is still working. You'll see sheep in the fields. The village itself is small and quiet, just a few houses really. The nearest shop and a couple of pubs are in Bridport, which is about three miles away.
You're well placed for the coast. West Bay is the closest beach, about four miles. Lyme Regis is a bit further along. Inland, you've got walking straight from the door. The Dorset National Landscape site has maps. For a full day out, Dorchester or Weymouth are within half an hour by car.
There's parking right outside the cottage. No pets, I'm afraid.
