Sparrow is in Shipton Gorge, just outside Bridport. It's one of a few cottages here, set around a shared courtyard. You get your own little patio area out the front.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. That's quite handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's in good order, it's comfortable.
The village pub is about a minute's walk. They do Palmers ales and food. There's a playing field just up the lane as well, if you've got kids or a dog to run.
The coast is about a mile and a half away. Burton Bradstock beach is the nearest. It's pebbly and there's a decent cafe there. West Bay is two miles. That's the harbour you might know from Broadchurch. It's got cliffs, a harbour, fish and chips.
Bridport is two miles for bigger shops, a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and cafes. For a proper day out, the Abbotsbury Swannery is about three miles away. Further along the coast, you've got Lyme Regis for fossils, and the Jurassic Coast walks.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and WiFi. The garden is enclosed. Parking is right outside.
You can bring up to two dogs. We provide bedding and towels. A cot and highchair are here if you need them.
