2 Sawmill Cottages
This is number 2 Sawmill Cottages in Puncknowle. It's a courtyard, so the cottage faces the others and our house. It's quiet.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything's included, like bedding and towels.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and parking right outside. The stairs are normal, nothing too steep, and we've got a stairgate and a highchair if you need them.
The village pub is a few minutes walk away. They do meals. For the coast, it's about a mile and a half to the cliffs and the path. Burton Bradstock is three miles east, that's got a nice beach.
Abbotsbury is along the coast, maybe 15 minutes by car. They've got the Swannery and the Subtropical Gardens there. Bridport and West Bay are about a 20 minute drive west. Lyme Regis is a bit further, maybe half an hour. Good for fossils.
