This is the Fig Tree Shepherds Hut, just outside Bridport in Dorset. It sits in the corner of an orchard, looking out over a farm.
It's for two people. It's open plan, so the living space and the double bed are all in one room. There's a kitchen area with a two-ring hob and a microwave, plus a fridge. The bathroom has a good sized shower. Everything's done to a high standard.
You have your own garden with seating. It's private and looks onto the orchard. It's quiet, but you can hear the sheep in the fields.
It's about a mile from Bridport town centre, so you can walk in. West Bay and the coast are about the same distance. You're right on the edge of the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
From here, you can get to the South West Coast Path easily. Charmouth for fossils is a short drive. Lyme Regis is about twenty minutes away. For a day out, Abbotsbury Swannery is within half an hour.
Facilities: your own parking, WiFi, an enclosed garden, and all bedding and towels are provided. No pets.
