12 Maritime House is in West Bay, Bridport. It's a third floor apartment in a building overlooking the harbour. The building is old, but the apartment itself is modern inside. You get a parking space, which is useful.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other is a single. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition.
You're right on the edge of the harbour. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants about a minute's walk away. The beach is shingle, and the cliff walks start from there. It can get busy in the summer.
The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep. Golden Cap is a good walk west from here. It's the highest point on the south coast.
Bridport town centre is about a mile and a half away for a bigger supermarket and the market. Lyme Regis is about 20 minutes by car. Dorchester is about half an hour.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
