This is Junipers, in Puncknowle village. It's a terraced cottage on the main street. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so like the example, it's clean and functional rather than posh.
The stairs are in the description for a reason. They're steep and a bit narrow. Just so you're aware.
There's a pub and a restaurant about 200 yards walk, which is handy. The shop is a couple of miles away in Abbotsbury, so you'll likely drive.
The location is the main thing. It's a mile and a half from Chesil Beach. West Bay is a few minutes drive one way, Weymouth the other. The whole Jurassic Coast is on your doorstep for walking. You can get to Lyme Regis or Portland Bill within half an hour.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids. There's a woodburner for cooler evenings, and a washing machine. Bedding is included, and we can provide a cot. Sorry, no pets.
For planning, the Jurassic Coast Trust site is useful. So is the National Trust for Dorset, as they look after a lot of the coast nearby.
