Linnets
Linnets is a detached cottage right in Beaminster. You can walk into the town centre, it's about five minutes.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's an old place, Grade II listed, so it's full of character but it's not a show home. The floors are a bit uneven in places, which is normal for a cottage like this.
Out the back there's an enclosed garden. You can sit out there. There's parking right there too.
In Beaminster there's a shop about four hundred yards away. A couple of pubs and places to eat are about five hundred yards. They're good.
The coast is about a twenty minute drive. West Bay is the closest, it's a proper harbour. Bridport is a few miles before that, it's a market town. If you want to walk along the cliffs, the South West Coast Path is all along there. Golden Cap is a big hill by the sea, the views from the top are good.
Further along the coast you've got Lyme Regis one way and Weymouth the other. Both are within about forty minutes. Forde Abbey and Gardens is about ten minutes away if you like that sort of thing.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets.
