Crown House
Crown House is in Maltby le Marsh, Lincolnshire. It's a big old house, Grade II listed. Sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Has four bathrooms, two of them en-suite, which is handy with a group.
There's a wood burner for chilly evenings. The garden has a patio and then opens into a private paddock. Good for kids to run around, or just to sit out.
The stairs are what you'd expect in an old house. Not a problem, just worth knowing.
Maltby is a small village. There's a local pub. For shops, Alford is about three miles away. It's a proper market town with butchers, bakers, that sort of thing.
The coast is close. Sutton-on-Sea is about a twenty minute drive. It's a long, sandy beach. Good for a proper walk or a paddle.
If you're here for the outdoors, there's walking from the door. Lincolnshire Wolds are on the doorstep for longer hikes. Fishing and horse riding are available locally if you book ahead.
Inside, it's got what you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for two cars on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
