Lake View 1
Lake View 1 is on Grange Farm Park in Maltby le Marsh. It's a detached place, one of a few cottages on the site. It's run by a family, been going for years.
The cottage sleeps five. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. That's handy. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two singles. There's a sofa bed in the living area too.
It feels modern inside. Open plan kitchen and living space. French doors open out to your own bit of garden which has a hot tub. The hot tub area is fenced off, so it's private.
The place has a four star rating. It's comfortable and clean, with towels and bedding provided. There's parking right outside.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a restaurant on site that does Wi-Fi if you need it.
Location wise, you're about fifteen minutes drive from the coast at Mablethorpe. Skegness is a bit further. The Lincolnshire Wolds are just inland for walks. Lincolnshire Wolds has details on routes if you like cycling or walking.
If you want to do a day trip, Lincoln is about an hour's drive. Tattershall Castle is closer, maybe forty minutes. Woodhall Spa is about half an hour away. They've got the Kinema in the Woods there, which is a nice old-fashioned cinema.
The on-site facilities list mentions local fishing, horse riding, and a golf course nearby. I don't know the specifics, but if you're into that, it's all available in the area.
A few other cottages are here too, so if you're booking for a bigger group, they can be rented together.
