Chestnut Cottage
Chestnut Cottage is one of those you rent at Grange Farm Park, near Maltby le Marsh. It's in the courtyard with the other cottages. You get a little patio out the back through the French doors. Parking is right outside the back door.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. The layout is a bit different. There's a super king bedroom and a wet room ensuite all on the ground floor at the back, which is handy. Upstairs, which is accessed from the front door side, there are two more bedrooms, both with two single beds each. There's only the one bathroom, which is that ensuite downstairs, so everyone uses that.
The main living space is open plan: kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all together. The kitchen has what you'd need: oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There's a shared laundry room in the courtyard for the washing machine.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Bedding and towels are included.
The site itself is quiet, fields all around. There's a restaurant on site that does meals and has Wi-Fi if you need it. For the coast, Mablethorpe and Skegness are a short drive east. The Lincolnshire Wolds are to the west if you fancy walking or driving through the hills. Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got the historic bits of Louth and the seaside at Chapel St Leonards.
