Oak Cottage

The main room is open plan. Kitchen, dining area, living space all in one. It looks out into the courtyard. The kitchen is solid oak and has everything you need. There's a flatscreen TV.
It's good for wheelchairs. The doorways are wide, there are grab rails in one of the bathrooms, and there's a wet room. There's parking right outside.
The setting is quiet. It's countryside. The coast is about three or four miles away. Mablethorpe and Skegness are the main beaches there. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are close. They're an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The park has a restaurant on site that does Wi-Fi. There's a shared laundry room in the middle of the courtyard, which is handy. There's a kids' play area too. You can bring two dogs.
There's a pub within a mile. If you're interested in history, Tattershall Castle is about a 25 minute drive. Lincoln is just under an hour if you want a cathedral and city day out.
Facilities are all included. Bedding, towels, electricity. You've got a dishwasher, washing machine, cot, highchair. There's bike storage if you bring them.
