Roslyn Cottage is a cosy two-bedroom terraced cottage nestled in the quintessential village of Branscombe in East Devon, just a short 10-minute walk from the pebbled beach, South West Coastal Path and Jurassic Coastline. Branscombe is known as being one of the prettiest unspoilt villages in Devon, located in a sleepy valley in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As you step inside, you will instantly feel at home with the low beamed ceilings, soft lighting, stylish and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The lounge feels warm and welcoming with the wood burner and the Smart TV with Freeview. Relax here after a busy day exploring the coast and watch a movie by the cosy glow of the fire. Head upstairs to discover two characterful bedrooms, one with a double bed and other with a single bed. The family bathroom is also across the landing area. The small sun-trap garden is completely wild and natural and is accessed via stepping over a narrow pathway to the rear of the cottage and then up a small flight of stone steps.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and cafe, this pretty stone cottage is both comfortable and charming. Positioned close to the National Trust meadows and local attractions, there is a timeless magic about Branscombe and the property is opposite a very reputable pub serving excellent food. The beautiful fishing village of Beer is just a 10-minute drive away where you will discover the famous Horseshoe beach and the local fishermen bringing in their catch. Enjoy picturesque walks along the coastal path to Sidmouth in one direction and Beer and Seaton in the other. Local attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth.
