Sea and Sands is a ground floor flat in Barmouth. It's Georgian, so you get high ceilings and a few of those original features, but it's not grand. It's just a flat by the sea.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other has a kingsize bed. There's a second bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You've got a washing machine, WiFi, and Sky TV. Bedding and towels are included.
The living room is a good size. Big table for meals. The kitchen has what you need, including an oven and a microwave. It looks out over the estuary towards Cader Idris. The view is the main thing.
There's a shared garden up the steep hill behind the building. It's a bit of a walk up there, but the view from the top is worth it. You also get a parking space.
You're right on the edge of Barmouth. The town has shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The beach and the harbour are a couple of minutes' walk. The Wales Coast Path runs right past.
For days out, Harlech Castle is about a 20-minute drive. Portmeirion is maybe half an hour. If you're into walking or biking, Coed y Brenin forest is about 25 minutes by car. The steam railway from Fairbourne is a short drive away too.
