The first floor offers fantastic views and sociable living with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge. Bi-fold doors open to the balcony offering superb views from anywhere in the room. Wake up to those ocean views on the top floor. The large light and airy bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower and a large window with spectacular views. The ground floor has a twin bedroom, double bedroom with patio doors to the garden and large bathroom.
Hayling Island is renowned for its sailing and water sports including kayaking, power boating, jet ski-ing and kitesurfing. This very popular holiday hot spot has a fabulous choice of restaurants, pubs, tearooms, seaside shops and supermarkets. Just a 9-minute walk enjoy a traditional day out whatever the weather with a 2-mile return journey on a charming narrow gauge light railway at Hayling Seaside Railway. The train runs every weekend and Wednesday, throughout the year, plus daily during all school holidays, weather permitting. The railway runs to the popular Funland Amusement Park, with rides and amusements.
Don’t forget your buckets and spade as Hayling Island has over 3 miles of beaches, West, Beachlands Central and Eastoke. Beachlands is a mix of sand and shingle, perfect for families. Further afield visit Portsmouth with waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, Spinnaker Tower, and the HMS Victor. The historic city of Chichester should not be missed you can watch a show at the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, visit Goodwood Races including the Festival of Speed, explore the Cathedral and shops in the city centre and visit Chichester Harbour.
