Arun Cottage
Arun Cottage is in Arundel, right on the main street through town. It's a terraced house, so you're in the middle of things. The back is quiet, though. You get a small walled patio out there that gets the sun.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both have king-size beds. There's one bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up, so it's comfortable.
You can bring one dog. The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know.
You're about five minutes' walk from the middle of town. All the shops, cafes, and restaurants are right there. The castle is the big thing to see. It's a proper castle with grounds and a keep you can climb. Arundel Castle has the details.
If you like walking, you can go up into Arundel Park from near the castle. The Wetland Centre is good if you're into birds. For a pint by the river, the Black Rabbit pub is a nice walk.
The coast is about a twenty-minute drive. Littlehampton and Climping Beach are the closest. The beach cafe at Littlehampton's West Beach does good fish and chips.
Further out, you've got Goodwood for the motor events and Fontwell for racing. Chichester is about half an hour away for the theatre and cathedral.
In the cottage, there's a wood burner, WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot in if you need one.
