Finders Nook is a recently built, detached coach house in a quiet spot in its own grounds, and which consists of a single self-contained apartment situated above three garages.
The modern apartment offers a convenient open-plan living space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A west-facing garden, a patio, and a single parking space on the east side of the house with an additional parking space in front of the middle garage complete the setting. The fully equipped spacious kitchen and good-sized, comfortable lounging space are perfect for a very comfortable stay. A travel cot is available but guests will need to bring their own infant bedding if bringing a baby. There is also a child safety gate that can be fitted at the request of guests.
Close by Bognor Regis is becoming one of the most popular seaside places to visit. With large expanses of sand at low tide and the 3-mile-long promenade, which stretches from, Felpham to Aldwick. Along the prom, there are several concessions providing hot and cold food and drinks as well as those all-important ice creams and fish and chips. The promenade train is a great way to enjoy the views.

Take a break from sunbathing and swimming and head up to the glorious South Downs for a gentle stroll or a bike ride. The very popular attractions at Glorious Goodwood, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Goodwood Revival and Fontwell Racecourse plus Worthing, Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton and the New Forest are an easy drive. The cathedral city of Chichester is only 5 miles away; the city has broad streets that are packed with listed buildings, headed by the towering presence of the cathedral. Neatly enclosed within the ancient but fantastically preserved Roman city walls.
