The Lodge At Oldbury Barns
The Lodge is part of a barn conversion on our farm in East Hampnett. It's a few miles north of Chichester. We live in the main farmhouse, so we're here if you need anything, but the place is all yours.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. The main room and the master bedroom have doors that open straight out onto the patio. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids.
It's quiet here. You're looking out at fields. For a pint, the Hare & Hound is about a ten minute walk up the lane.
Chichester is ten minutes away by car. You've got the Cathedral, the Festival Theatre, and the shops there. Goodwood is just up the road. That's the horse racing and the Festival of Speed. The south coast beaches, like the Witterings, are about twenty minutes' drive.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the South Downs. The South Downs National Park website has maps. The Roman palace at Fishbourne is about fifteen minutes away.
What's here: the kitchen has a dishwasher, there's a washing machine, a wood burner, WiFi, and parking for two cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
