The Lodge is in East Hampnett, just north of Chichester. It's a barn conversion, so it's all on one level. The living room and main bedroom have those french doors that open right out onto your own patio.
It sleeps four, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got the 5 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and everything is good quality. It's clean and modern.
The patio is fully enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. You can let them out without worrying. We live on the same site, in a separate house, so if you need anything we're around. But you've got your own space.
Loads of facilities are included. There's a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars right outside. Bedding and towels are there. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
There's a pub in the village, about a five minute walk. It's a proper local.
For getting out, you're really well placed. Chichester is a couple of miles away for shops and the cinema. Goodwood is just up the road, for the horse racing or the Festival of Speed. The south coast, places like West Wittering beach, is about a twenty minute drive. The South Downs are right there for walking. If you want to go further, Arundel with the castle, and Portsmouth with the historic dockyard, are both about half an hour away.
