Copyhold Barns is on our farm, out towards Pagham Harbour. It's a flint barn conversion we did a while back. You're on your own out here, it's private.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There's a sofa bed in the living room if you need it for an extra two people. It's got a 4 Star rating.
A couple of things to know. The place is split-level because it was two old buildings joined together. So there are steps inside between the living room and the bedrooms. Also, while one bedroom and bathroom has a ramp from outside and a wet room, the farm tracks and land around it aren't paved, so it's not really suitable for wheelchairs beyond getting into that room.
Outside, there's a private patio with a table. It gets the sun in the afternoon. You'll see moorhens on the pond, sometimes ducks.
The local pub is about a three hundred yard walk down the lane. It does food. The nearest shop is a mile away in Lidsey. For the beach, it's about two and a half miles to Aldwick or Bognor.
Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is just down the road, maybe a mile. It's good for birdwatching. Chichester is four miles west. It's a nice city to mooch around, has the theatre and everything. The Witterings and Selsey are about a twenty minute drive if you want a different beach.
In terms of what's there: bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and parking right outside. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry, because of the farm.
Useful links if you're planning: Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and Fishbourne Roman Palace which is about a fifteen minute drive.
