Cordova Chalet
Cordova Chalet is a holiday chalet on a country club site just outside Selsey. It's a gated, residential park, so it's quiet and safe. The chalet itself sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and everything works, but it's not luxury.
The big thing here is the park facilities. You get access to everything. There's a heated outdoor pool, a paddling bit for kids, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a golf course right there. There's also fishing on the little river that runs through the site. The on-site shop is handy for basics like milk and bread.
For evenings, there's a clubhouse called the Cabana with a bar and sometimes live entertainment like bingo or a singer. There's also a restaurant on site, so you don't have to drive if you don't want to.
Selsey itself is a proper old fishing town. It's famous for its crab. The beach is shingle and stretches for miles along to the Witterings. It's about a ten minute drive from the chalet to the seafront.
Chichester is about twenty minutes away by car. It's a nice cathedral city with good shopping and a theatre. Portsmouth with its historic dockyard and the Spinnaker Tower is about forty minutes. The South Downs are on your doorstep for walking.
Facilities in the chalet: it's got a well-equipped kitchen, a shower, a Smart TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets allowed.
