Apartment 3 Barton Manor
This is Apartment 3 at Barton Manor, on the edge of Bognor Regis. It's a quiet spot. The building used to be a manor house, so it's got character, but the apartment inside is very modern.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, both with double beds and their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is new and well finished. The sofas in the lounge are electric, so you can put your feet up easily.
The kitchen is separate from the lounge, which is handy if someone's cooking. Big windows look out onto the shared gardens. Parking is under a covered carport and there's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.
It's not a place for a lively group. The owners have set it up to be peaceful, so they don't normally allow children under 15. There's a pub about 60 yards away that does food.
Pagham beach is a mile or so down the road. The Pagham Harbour nature reserve is right there too, good for a flat walk and birdwatching. You can be in Chichester in about fifteen minutes. The cathedral is worth a look and there are plenty of shops. Arundel with its castle is about a twenty minute drive.
Further out, you've got Brighton to the east, Portsmouth to the west, and the South Downs National Park is just north. The Isle of Wight ferry goes from Portsmouth.
Included: all the electricity, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels. No pets.
