The place is set up for adults. No pets, and children under 15 aren't usually allowed because the owners aim for a quiet atmosphere. You'd need to ask them directly if you wanted to bring a younger teenager.
You're about a mile from Pagham beach. There's a pub and a restaurant literally 60 yards up the road. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is right there for walks and birdwatching. The footpaths around here are flat, good for cycling.
For days out, Arundel with its castle is about 20 minutes by car. Chichester is close too, with the cathedral and the Festival Theatre. Goodwood is nearby for the motor and horse racing events. Brighton and Portsmouth are both within a half hour drive if you fancy a city trip.
Everything's included: bedding, towels, wifi, and a washing machine. The kitchen is separate and fully fitted.
