Ocean Beach

I own Ocean Beach, it’s a holiday house in Felpham, which is part of Bognor Regis. It’s a modern beach house that sleeps six, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well finished.

The location is the main thing. It’s a cul-de-sac, and it backs right onto the promenade. You can see the sea from the first floor balcony, and you can be on the sandy beach in about a minute. There’s a pub and a corner shop a short walk away.

Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There’s a wood burner for cooler evenings. Upstairs is where the bedrooms are. The garden is enclosed, so it’s safe for dogs or kids.

We allow two well-behaved dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking on the drive.

If you want to go further out, Chichester is about twenty minutes by car. The cathedral is good, and there are shops. Arundel is similar, with its castle. Goodwood is nearby for motor racing or the horse racing. All of that is on the edge of the South Downs National Park. For a big day out, Butlin’s at Bognor is a five minute drive if that’s your sort of thing.
