Ocean Beach

This is Ocean Beach. It's a beach house in Felpham, which is just next to Bognor Regis. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac that leads straight onto the promenade.

It sleeps six, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done up to a high standard. It's modern and clean.

The main thing is the view. From the first floor balcony, you look straight out to sea. You can't really see anything else from there, just the water.

Downstairs is one big open space. Lounge with a wood burner, kitchen, and dining area. It's all new. There's also a smaller snug room, which is handy if some people want to watch something different on TV.

The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for kids and dogs. You can bring up to two dogs.

You're about a minute's walk from the promenade. There's a shop, a pub, and places to eat just there. The beach is sandy and it's about a mile of a walk along the prom to get to the main part.

If you want to go further out, Chichester is about a twenty minute drive. Arundel Castle is maybe half an hour. Goodwood is nearby too, for the motor racing or the festival. They're all straightforward drives.

Stuff that's here: parking for two cars on the driveway, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
