Beachwood

This is Beachwood. It's a detached house on the private Elmer Sands Estate, near Bognor Regis. Sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.

The main thing is the beach. It's about a three-minute walk. Elmer Beach is sand and shingle, with these rock islands when the tide's out. Good for kids to explore. The water is shallow at low tide, which is safe for swimming.

You can walk to the villages of Elmer and Middleton-on-Sea. There are a couple of pubs and shops there. Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are a short drive for bigger supermarkets.

The driveway is large. It fits five cars. There's also an electric vehicle charger.

The house has an enclosed garden with a patio. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. No pets.

If you want to go further out, Chichester and its cathedral are about twenty minutes by car. Arundel Castle is similar. Goodwood Estate is nearby for events. You can get the train from Bognor Regis station to Brighton or Portsmouth.
