Beachwood
Beachwood is on the Elmer Sands Estate, near Bognor Regis. It's detached and sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The beach is about a three minute walk away.
You can park five cars on the front driveway. There's an electric vehicle charger.
The beach at Elmer is sandy and good for families. When the tide's out it gets very flat and shallow, which is safe for kids. There are rock pools. You can walk east along the sand to Climping at low tide.
The villages of Elmer and Middleton-on-Sea are a short walk. There are a couple of pubs and shops there. Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are a short drive for more choice.
If you want to go further, Chichester is about twenty minutes by car. You've got the cathedral and the history. Arundel is similar, with its castle. The Goodwood Estate is up that way for events or just a walk. You can get a train from Bognor station to Brighton in one direction or Portsmouth in the other.
The house has a garden that's enclosed. There's a BBQ, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. There's a stairgate at the top. Sorry, no pets.
