Sun House
This is Sun House. It's a big beach house on a private estate in Middleton-on-Sea, near Bognor Regis. Sleeps up to ten. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating which, in this case, means it's been done to a high spec.
The main thing about it is the location. The garden goes right up to the beach wall. You've got direct access. There's a big summerhouse with bifold doors, a hot tub, and a fire pit area on the lawn. There's also an outside shower to rinse off sand.
Inside, it's spacious. There are three separate living areas: a main living room with a wood burner, a dining room, and a second smaller sitting room. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor, the fifth is up on the second floor.
Middleton itself is quiet. There's a shop and a couple of pubs within half a mile. The beach here is sandy and good for families.
If you want to go further, Bognor Regis is a short drive west. Butlin's is there if that's your thing. Arundel, with its castle and cathedral, is about six miles north. The South Downs National Park is right on the doorstep for walks. To the west, you've got Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and Chichester Harbour, which are good for birdwatching and sailing.
Practical stuff: parking on site, EV charger, washing machine, WiFi, bedding and towels included. It's a Christmas themed property, so decorated for December bookings. You can bring up to two dogs.
