Sun House is in Middleton-on-Sea. That's Bognor Regis way but quieter. It's a big house that fronts directly onto the beach. You get direct access, which basically means you can walk out the garden gate onto the shingle.
It sleeps up to ten. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have sea views. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's kitted out to a very high standard. A place that size, it isn't cheap, but you're paying for the quality and the location.
The garden is huge and it's the main thing. There's a summerhouse you can open up, a hot tub that looks out to sea, and a fire pit area right by the beach wall. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. Inside, the rooms are large. There's a main living room with a wood burner, a separate dining room, and another snug they call the Whisky Room. The kitchen is very well-equipped.
Middleton village is about half a mile away. It has a shop, a couple of pubs, and a good fish and chip shop. For a proper supermarket or more options, Bognor Regis is a five to ten minute drive.
For walking, you can go east along the coast towards Climping Beach or west into Pagham Harbour. It's flat and good for birdwatching. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is nearby. Arundel is about twenty minutes inland. The castle and the wetlands centre are good for a day out. South Downs National Park is on your doorstep for longer walks.
The Goodwood Estate is within half an hour. They have the motor circuit, the racecourse, and a golf course.
Facilities: everything's included. Washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen and towels are provided. There's an electric vehicle charger and parking on site. Pets are welcome, up to three.
