Apartment 9 Barton Manor
This is Apartment 9 at Barton Manor, just outside Bognor Regis. It's a quiet, modern block and the apartment is on the ground floor.
It sleeps four in two double bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom, which is handy. The lounge looks south over the garden and gets a lot of sun. The sofas are electric recline ones, which some people really like. The kitchen is separate. It's all done to a high standard, clean and comfortable.
There's undercover parking in a carport and an electric vehicle charger. You can walk to the pub and restaurant in about a minute. The coast at Pagham is about a mile and a half.
The area is flat, good for walking and cycling. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is nearby for birds. Arundel and its castle are about twenty minutes by car. Chichester is a bit closer, maybe fifteen minutes. That's where the cathedral, theatre, and shopping are.
Goodwood is just up the road for the horse racing and motor events. The sailing clubs around Chichester Harbour are a short drive. You can see the Isle of Wight from the coast.
Things to know: it's a 5 Star place, so everything is in good order. No pets. It's a quiet site, so it's not suitable for children under 15.
