This is Apartment 9 at Barton Manor in Bognor Regis. It's a ground floor apartment in a quiet, modern building. It sleeps four, with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
It's been done up to a high standard. The sofas in the lounge are electric recliners. The lounge looks out over the garden, and the kitchen is separate. There's undercover parking and an electric vehicle charger.
The place is aimed at a quiet stay. They don't normally take children under 15, but you can ask the owners for permission.
The building is set back in a quiet spot. There's a pub and a restaurant about sixty yards away. The coast at Pagham is a mile or so for a beach walk. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is good for birdwatching.
For a day out, Arundel with its castle is about twenty minutes by car. Chichester is close too, for the cathedral, theatre, and shops. Goodwood, for the motor and horse racing, is nearby. Brighton and Portsmouth are within a half hour drive.
The facilities are what you'd expect: wifi, smart TVs, washing machine, all bedding and towels are included.
