This is Coastal Retreat. It's in Bognor Regis, on a quiet private estate that's gated. It's detached. I know the description says 'nestled', but really, it's just a straightforward place. You're a few minutes' walk from the beach. About three, maybe five depending on your pace.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well kept and comfortable, plenty of room for a couple. It's open plan downstairs, which feels quite spacious. Decor is neutral. It's clean.
The beach is the main thing. You've got the promenade and the beach huts. There's a decent beach cafe for lunch. A shop and a pub are a short walk away, a quarter of a mile or so.
If you drive, Arundel with the castle is about eight miles. The Wetland Centre is there too. The South Downs are right there for walks. Chichester is close, you can see the cathedral. Goodwood is nearby if there's an event on.
Brighton is about 45 minutes in the car if you want a bigger day out. Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is a similar distance the other way.
For the house itself: it's got parking. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
