Apartment Eight At Barton Manor
Apartment Eight is in Barton Manor, just outside Bognor Regis. It's a modern apartment in a converted stable block. The building is set back from the road so it's quiet. You can hear the birds.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both have their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's very well finished. The sofas in the lounge are electric, so you can adjust them. The kitchen is separate.
There's undercover parking in a carport and an electric car charger. The gardens are shared with the other apartments but they're large, so it never feels crowded. It's an adults-only place, no children under 15. That's to keep it quiet.
A pub is about a minute's walk away. They do food. The coast at Pagham is about a mile. It's shingle beach there. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is good for birdwatching if that's your thing. The footpaths around are flat, good for easy walks or cycling.
Arundel is 20 minutes by car. The castle is the main draw. Chichester is about the same. The cathedral is worth a look, and there are shops. Goodwood is nearby for the horse racing and festival of speed.
Brighton is 40 minutes east if you want more of a city day out. Portsmouth and its historic dockyard is about 40 minutes west. You can get a ferry to the Isle of Wight from there.
It has all the things you'd expect: WiFi, smart TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
