Right, it's called Premium Lake Lodge 3. It's on the edge of Chichester, right by the lake where the watersports are. It's a single-storey lodge, so no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and its own shower room, the other has bunk beds. There's a second shower room as well. The living area and kitchen are all in one room. The kitchen has a two-ring hob and a combi microwave oven, so it's fine for simple meals.
Outside, there's a patio area at the front with a view over the lake. You get a free boat ride across to the main centre, where they have a cafe doing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are a couple of places to eat within walking distance, and a pub about a mile away.
The whole point of being here is the water. You can book activities directly with Chichester Watersports. If you just want to watch, that's fine too.
Chichester city centre is about a 20-minute walk or a very short drive. It's a nice place to wander around, with the cathedral and the old walls. For a bigger day out, West Wittering beach is about 20 minutes by car. It's a good sandy beach. The South Downs are north of here, and South Downs National Park has walking routes. Chichester Harbour is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it's just a short drive away.
What's included: the electricity, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels. There's parking right by the lodge. No pets.
