Premium Lake Lodge 3
This is Premium Lake Lodge 3. It's a single-storey lodge, so everything is on one level. There's no stairs to worry about at all. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, and it's got two shower rooms which is handy.
The lodge looks out over the lake. You can sit outside and watch the water. You can book watersports directly with the centre there, things like paddleboarding or kayaking. You also get a free boat ride over to the main cafe for food.
It's a 20 minute walk into Chichester city centre, or a very short drive. The cathedral is worth seeing. The city walls are still there, so you can walk around them. The Festival Theatre is there too if that's your thing.
The location is good for getting to other places. Chichester Harbour is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's about a ten minute drive. For a beach, West Wittering is sandy and about 20 minutes by car. If you head north, you're into the South Downs National Park quite quickly. The view from Trundle Hill is very good, you can see over Goodwood.
Facilities are straightforward. There's a TV, WiFi, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has a two-ring hob and a combi microwave oven. There's a shop about 100 yards away, and a pub within a mile.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
