The Dairy is one of two cottages we built in the courtyard of the old thatched farmhouse. It's detached. You get your own patio garden that looks straight out onto the fields. We've got about thirty acres here, so there's plenty of space for a walk without leaving the land. The sheep are in sometimes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-finished. It's all on the ground floor. The doors are wide and there aren't any steps at the entrance, so it's suitable if you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair.
Inside it's modern, with wooden floors and a high ceiling. The bedrooms have French doors onto the garden. It's light and airy. There's a dishwasher, wifi, and parking right outside.
We take one well-behaved dog. There's a cot if you need it.
The bus stop for the beach or Chichester is practically outside the gate.
You're about ten minutes from the beach at West Wittering. It's sandy and good for swimming. Chichester is about the same drive the other way. The harbour is close, at Itchenor, where you can hire boats or get the ferry to Bosham. There are plenty of places for paddle boarding or kayaking.
Goodwood is nearby for the races or the Festival of Speed. The South Downs are on your doorstep for walking. Portsmouth, with the historic dockyard and the Mary Rose, is about twenty minutes by car.

You can book The Dairy together with the other cottage, The Stables, if you're a larger group.
