Apple Tree Cottage
This is Apple Tree Cottage in West Wittering. It's an old place, from the 1600s. It's detached so it's on its own, with a garden that's fully enclosed.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the location. You can walk to the beach in about ten minutes. It's West Wittering beach, which is really good. There's a shop a quarter of a mile away and a pub about 200 yards from the door. They do food.
Inside, it's got the things you'd expect from an old cottage. Beams, low ceilings in a couple of spots, and a big inglenook fireplace in the living room with a woodburning stove. The stairs are typical for a cottage, so they're a bit steep and winding.
For things to do, Chichester is close. It's got the theatre and the harbour. You can get to Arundel, Bosham, and Goodwood all within half an hour or so.
In terms of what's here, it's all the practical stuff. Wifi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
