Selsmore Cottages are on a quiet private lane in South Hayling. It's the first one you come to. You get the whole garden to yourselves, it's fully enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. There's a double and a toilet downstairs which is handy. Upstairs there's a king size room and a bunk room. The bathroom is off the bunk room, which you need to know. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The kitchen has a big range cooker. There's a utility room with a washer and dryer too. The living room is light, and there's a wood burning stove for colder evenings.
The beach is about half a mile away. Hayling is good for sailing and windsurfing, that all started here. You can walk or cycle the Hayling Billy path along the old railway line. The local shops and a few places to eat are about a 15 minute walk away in Mengham.
Portsmouth is a short drive over the bridge. You've got the Historic Dockyard there with HMS Victory, the Spinnaker Tower, and ferry trips over to the Isle of Wight. The South Downs are about half an hour's drive if you fancy a change from the coast.
In terms of what's here: parking for two cars on the drive, WiFi, TV, all bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
